How It All Started

Over 15 years ago, the idea of Military Brats United was born from a simple memory: the blue and white sticker that was placed on the bottom left of your car windshield. If you grew up military, you remember it too—on the front windshield of every military family’s car. It wasn’t just a sticker; it was your pass onto base. It let you drive through the gate without having to stop and show your ID. That sticker meant you belonged. That’s where the idea for Military Brats United began. What if we had something like that—a symbol for us? Something we could wear, display, and share. Something that said, “I’m part of the military brat legacy.” Military Brats United is that symbol. It’s more than a brand—it’s a community. A way for us to recognize each other, honor our shared experience, and wear our pride out loud. This movement honors the unspoken service and strength of military children who grew up around the world, moved from base to base, and sacrificed more than most realize.
